Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Product This is what you need to do to turn it: 1. Press Lock button to unlock 2. Press On/Off button for the overall switch 3. Press On button for specific burner 4. Press Plus button from 0 to desired power level(usually 9) 5. Press Double button for extra power 6. Press On to start using it Each press is on a touch screen with poor feedback. If your plate has water/steam you need several try. If you need to change power level during cooking you need to press all the buttons again. This is significant worse than a knob. Is User Experience simply not considered in design?
